Margo discovered early in life the positive benefits of a healthy lifestyle; she learned firsthand that regular movement and a wholesome diet had direct positive effects not just on her physical well-being but on her mental and emotional states as well. Margo’s goal is for clients to find joy in their process of personal transformation.
Margo is a NASM-certified Wellness Coach and Nutrition Coach; she also holds a combined 500-hour yoga training certification from ISHTA Yoga and in the Krishnamacharya lineage. She is also a NYS-certified ENL teacher, and worked in the television and cable industries prior to becoming a teacher. With her collective background in health and wellness, in business and as an educator, Margo understands the varying levels of stress people have in their lives and the varying demands placed on their time. She recognizes that taking the first step on the path of change can be the most challenging. Her mission is to guide you in finding balance, developing healthy habits, and becoming awake to the present moment as a means of changing your relationship with food and movement, all while uncovering the transformational benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Margo finds joy in guiding other people as they discover their own path to health and well-being. She believes we are all on the same path, just at different points. It is in developing awareness that unites us in the practice.
Through her own movement, healthful eating, yoga and meditation practice, Margo lives her daily life with mindfulness, positivity, and gratitude. She is a lifelong student and continues to receive additional training in wellness, nutrition, meditation, and yoga instruction to provide clients with meaningful and thoughtful guidance.
